This was my second visit to Casa. This time with children. Children liked swimming pool, billiards and cats. For me it was enjoying to meet hospitable housekeeper again. Nice courtyard in the middle of nowhere.
Cozy, charming and pet friendly place. The interior had lovely furniture and a rustic fireplace. The outside views to the valley were amazing... The onwer was very friendly and helpful! We were received with a nice cake and coffee
We really liked this accomodation. It looks like the pictures and it is a house full of stories with a very kind host. She knows the area and really helps you out. There is no breakfast possible but you do have free coffee and tea. It wasn't easy to park the car on the driveway but there were places on the street, for which you have to climb a little bit to get there. You can't use the swimming pool anymore so that picture better gets deleted from the website.
swimming pool wasn't clean enough to use
The hotel is full of art, you'll discover a new surprise behind every corner. Free coffee and chocolate cake. Very nice view and terrace. A lot of cats. Very friendly owner. Cheap rooms.
Breakfast was quite expensive (10 euro and basic) compared to the rate of room.
The host and the full house are just amazing, with full of old furnitures, pictures, memories. Beautiful view over the Douro Valley.
The pool was not clean.
