Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's location and the pool area, which many found enjoyable and well-maintained. However, cleanliness was a significant concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, leftover items, and even mold. The breakfast received mixed to negative feedback, with complaints about limited variety and quality. While some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others experienced issues with service and organization. Overall, the positives centered on the convenient location and pleasant pool, but cleanliness and breakfast quality need improvement.
