The facility is dated, and needs updating. It was generally clean, for what it was, but I was expecting a bit of a better experience for the name.
Pros:Location
Cons:The fitness room, spiders in the bed, burnt incense in the room, ashes from marijuana everywhere, sink in bathroom didn’t drain
Pros:The price is reasonable for the room. The hotel is very clean and the appearance is very sharp. The staff is trained to be very accommodating. Location is near manorvroutes. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety.
Cons:The front desk staff person was in trainingg. There was an experienced trained person there. She was busy visiting other guests when we checked in. My room was pre-paid through kayak. The front desk person in training took my credit card and charged it . When i questioned this she explained that she was just keeping the credit card number on file. But I got a bill overnight that showed the charge on my card. The morning front desk person agreed that this was wrong. Other than that we had a family that was squabing outside our room in the hallway for a while and slamming doors. Luckily they stopped by 10:00 pm when we went to bed.

Cons:doubled billed on my credit card remote control for tv did not work, informed front desk 1 hour after checking in. when I checked out 2 days later still not working hair dryer did not work. when I checked out 2 days later still not working desk in room was sticky, like someone spilled soda on it

Pros:The staff were wonderful! Helpful, informative, and very sweet and friendly! We will definitley be coming back on our next trip in that area!

Pros:The staff were extremely helpful. Kayak never sent my booking to them. So there were a few check in issues. The desk guy was extremely helpful and checked me in with only having my email confirmation. I had gotten a six pack and beer that weren't twist off bottles. I called the front desk and they let me borrow the hotels bottle opener for the night. There is gated parking. The gas station a few blocks away was the cheapest I saw in town.
Cons:I didn't have any issues here.
