I rated it an eight because my work had not let them know. Someone was being told of the situation but was never able to find out. It wasn’t her fault, however, it was just because she hadn’t gotten into the office. It was really my company that did not approve it. I will say that it I couldn’t find the phone number on the website and when I booked the room online, I was charged an extra $10.
