Pros (+) If you can't afford a hotel, then of course the price is right. Staff is nice and it's walking distance to "downtown." Residents are mostly long term people working jobs in the area, which is a little more comfortable.
Cons (-) Found roach traps in the room which immediately makes you feel icky. No food, coffee, or vending machine available. A hotel is better, but if you're broke, it gets the job done... Bed, shower, tv.
