Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's convenient location near attractions and highways, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with several guests highlighting the variety and quality, though a few noted issues with replenishment and options. The staff and service received many compliments for friendliness and helpfulness, with some guests noting quick problem resolution. However, there were repeated complaints about elevator outages, occasional cleanliness lapses, and pool maintenance. Cons (-) Bed was broken and they didn’t have another room. They should have offered something for the inconvenience.

Pros (+) Clean room. Staff frienly and helpful.
Cons (-) Breakfast could improve. Cheese omlet was not fresh. If breakfast was improved, it would attract more return business.
