The hotel staff was very helpful
The patio courtyard was beautiful. Unfortunately noise tended to echo a lot so sleeping wasn't easy though the surrounding neighbourhood was not noisy. The check in procedure was not good but the young lady tried her hardest and for the price you could not really complain. We loved the city and were very well located for the old town.
On the plus-side: Very nice, thousand-and-one-night-like-decor with great communal facilities like a kitchen and a patio, and smart check-in-yourself-system. Big minus: Without beeing informed in advance, we got a room next to some kind of central heating system, that made the walls in our bathroom burning hot and raised the general temperature to unbearable.
I liked the bed.
I did not like the humidity, the outlets in bad condition, some not working and dangerous, and a very small bathroom.
Loved the style and the location. The receptionist was really nice and helpful.
We could hear every noise coming from outside our door.
Location in the old Jewish quarter was excellent. Hostel has wonderful tile work in courtyard.
Cramped bathroom and difficult to controll street noise.
They had a very gorgeous courtyard area. The rooms were very clean and well decorated for a budget hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
If you are staying in the summer, be prepared for very hot nights. There isn't much air circulation through the rooms with only one ceiling fan.
It was close to the main part of the city, and quiet.
Lack of a/c, Lack of wardrobe/hanging space, low lighting, bathroom with no shower head, no vanity, leaks from floor above, loose toilet seat (safety threat)...
Good clean quit room
