Cons: "Reviewing Business class Nothing memorable at all. An ok dinner after take off followed by a tiny salad 8h later before landing. Quite minimal for such a long flight. The entertainment system needs special mention for its awfulness. The system in Business class would be considered poor even in Econ - small screen, terrible picture quality and a painful, prehistoric interface."

We took off 50 minutes late from Zurich, with no apparent reason. Worst in years for me. We sat in the plane for 30 minutes and were not offered even water. Big fail! Cons: "2 hour delay due to a morning delay at Barcelona, although that seemed odd. The delay was known early that morning. Flight from Barcelona to Zurich doesn't take long. Seems they could have rerouted, or at least sent an email or some notification. Also, the boarding staff at Zurich is rude and random about whom they let onboard with larger luggage or not. They held some people but not others. Middle seats have metal polls, making legroom awkward."

Cons: "Found my business class seat given away to a lady with a dog. Mine was window but with extra table next to aisle. She had aisle seat but with exactly the same configuration. Idea was she would place the dog on the table space next to her seat. It would be exactly the same for both seats. Do not know what they were thinking. There were other business class seats on the other side that had the table space ext to the window away from the aisle. That would make sense for the lady with dog. Business class was full and I was the last to get on, 45 minute connection in Zurich from terminal A to E, my seat was given. But as I objected, they moved the dog lady and gave me back my seat. But they never asked a person in the seat that would have made sense to give her to trade seats."

Cons: "There was a supposed difficulty with my entry in Europe when I tried to Check into Chicago. I thought that I had to cancel my flight. Swiss air representatives had to do much consultation, which took nearly an hour, while I was standing there the whole time. At the end, I was thanked for my patience and told all should be well and not even given a small upgrade for the distress this caused me. Traveling is disagreeable in general now, and personally, even moreso after this episode."

Pros: "You upgraded me unexpectedly to business class and it was so nice to have some luck and luxury after 6+ weeks of solo backpacking. It was such a lovely experience and I slept like a baby. Thank you so much!"

They always have a great attitude and this has been consistent with my previous experiences with Lufthansa. The seat and meal were average for premium economy, but the crew more than made up for it."

It actually made my wife sick and lets just say she did not keep her dinner. Also, I asked for a scotch after take off and it was a small shot and after dinner I asked for another and it was just a whisper. It did not even cover one ice cube. It would have been nice to get at least a full shot."

What a pleasure! I felt like a really valued customer. At a time where one has to pick value for money and figure out your loyalties in air travel; I can promise that Lufthansa will be a top choice for me on future flights. Excellent in all regards."

I asked for this to be addressed and the SAA crew ignored the request and in the morning looked surprised to find out that several of the TV monitors had not worked at anytime on the flight. Once the bag was found and delivered to Seville, Lufthansa personnel again did not tell us nor would they deliver the bag to our hotel as the driver had already left. We then had to wait another day to have the bag delivered to Granada. Terrible customer service, the bag was missing for four days causing us to spend time shopping for clothes rather than experiencing the city."

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Cons: "Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!"

Cons: "After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."

Had to then wait in the boarding tunnel as the cabin was not ready. large queue Seats were exactly the same as economy so offered no added benefits apart from the meal on board parked in a distant area of the terminal and had to shuttle bus to 2E which meant a very tight transfer"

Cons: "The boarding process was horrible and it involved climbing down steep stairs from the air tunnel to the tarmac to board a bus that took us to a far distance where the plane was parked. Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

Cons: "We were transported to the plane which was quite some distance to the plane via bus after climbing down steep stairs from the departure gate area. Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Cons: "at no point when buying my ticket did the site say zero bags were included. In fact, when purchasing it said that information about baggage was not available.Shocked to have to pay 50 dollars for one bag. I am member of Flying Blue. One bag has always been included in the price of a ticket flying transatlantic."

And this is not the first time hearing same story, Air France definitely needs to disinfect the plane more thoroughly. Media center is outdated, touch screen isn’t working well, felt being punched in head every time when ppl behind you tries to touch the screen!"

Cons: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."

Pros: "There were 4 of us flying from Atlanta, there was a great amount of leg room, tvs were nice, remote control for the tv fit into the seat, the way the plane was laid out, the 4 of us sat in a middle row, which meant no window seat (which my sister was disappointed), dinner options were great, wine was complementary"
Cons: "My only problem was that there wasn't any air flow and until someone told them how hot they think it is, it was a very sweaty situation. I couldn't sleep because of how hot it was and I didn't think to tell the crew because I didn't know they would care."

Cons: "Computer failure rendered the check in process a total mess. Staff seemed utterly at a loss and also totally unprepared for this very early and very full flight. Most passengers seemed to have multiple bags to check. Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

Pros: "Given the weather in the UK we were expecting delays but we were pleasantly surprised! It was one of the smoothest journeys we have ever had from leaving our hotel to getting home and TAP featured highly in this. We even landed 35mins ahead of schedule - amazing flight with lovely crew."
Cons: "If I have to be picky I would ask that the crew on board speak more slowly when providing inflight information, particularly when English is not their first language as us oldies have difficulty understanding what is being said."

Cons: "This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!"

Meols - two of them- stable and standard airline fare served quickly and efficiently by crew. Comfy seat with recline and tilt. Blankets and pillows provided as standard."

May as well have saved the money and used the terminal facilities No in flight magazine available to my seat for on board purchases and very little choice off goods on offer."

After 2 hrs of "working" with the airline, we were able to fly into Madrid the following day. Had to spend extra money for hotel room and car rental in Madrid because our final destination was Sevilla. Will never work with Azores or Kayak again. BTW, did we mention that while "working" with Azores to reschedule flight, we were booked to fly into an island off of Africa. Luckily, we followed up online with the changed itinerary."

But at check-in you find you were moved to the back and to the middle. All good seats gone. Has happened frequently with us!"
