Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests generally praised the hotel for its good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location near highways and shopping. Many found the rooms clean and the property well maintained despite its age. However, there were repeated complaints about the pool being out of order or in need of resurfacing, safety concerns, dated facilities, maintenance issues, and occasional unpleasant odors. Some guests also mentioned problems with pricing, noise, and lack of amenities like a hot tub or elevator. Overall, the positives centered on breakfast, service, and location.AI-generated from customer reviews
