Views, terrace were impressive
Too many stairs to climb up to the hotel. Also the breakfast was so poor, always only eggs and bread with jam, nothing different. Bathroom in a bad conditions

I’ve stayed here twice now and the stunning views from the Hostel never cease to amaze me. Such a great location with lots of small Artesan and boutique stores and cafes to explore and discover in the vicinity. Staff are very willing to help you on all levels and make your stay the best possible in this beautiful city of Cusco. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and there’s a comfortable lounge and dining area if you feel like having a chat with some of the other guests. The rooms are a good size, I had an ensuite and there’s also tea making facilities in the room. A lovely big window by which to view the city and a great heating system so that you will never be cold. I must mention the water pressure for the shower is absolutely superb! Sometimes it’s little things like this that really make your day after a long and hot trek through some Incan ruins outside the city! Oh, and if you are a cat lover, there’s a sweet neighbourhood feline who will be your friend for the duration of your stay.

James the tour operator was wonderful. Delivered everything he promised for the salkantay. A littlw more expensive than some but had first class train and a better hotel at aqua calientes. Hostel was clean and comfortable. Let us store luggage for free.
