Pros (+) Staff were all very professional and friendly – every single person. Very stylish room. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Beautiful, uniquely designed lobby with plenty of meeting.working spaces. Excellent breakfast sandwich and Starbucks coffee. I remember saying to myself on my way out what a truly remarkable experience overall. I will be staying with you wherever and whenever I can. Cheers, Benjam...

Pros (+) The staff was wonderfully pleasant and accommodating! Anything I needed, i.e directions, food, wake up calls, etc, they helped without a problem. They were knowledgeable and very friendly.
Cons (-) Although the room was gorgeous, I didn't like that housekeeping kept turning my room to 60 degrees; it was very cold when I walked in some days. Also, the refrigerator only comes on in 2 hour manual increments. So, I lost my ice cream and popsicles because of that. I wish they would've had complimentary continental breakfast, but they did have an in house restaurant.
