Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, beautiful art deco atmosphere, and high-quality breakfast. Many found the rooms spacious and the beds comfortable. The spa and lobby were often highlighted as standout features. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, outdated decor, and inconsistent service, particularly in the restaurant and bar. Some guests also mentioned noise and lack of parking as drawbacks. Overall, the positives of location, style, and amenities outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
