Cons (-) The room stink the bed quilt had holes and when i went to go to in bed i found a roach leg in the bed....final point is the room was nasty!

Cons (-) The motel did not appear to be clean At ALL!! Reported to manager toilet ran all night. cockroaches seen on wall and half eaten p[izza under bed.

Pros (+) The friendliness of the management and staff always smiles very polite property grounds very nice rooms are large nice pool and patio area quite at night close to i4 and downtown deland A+

Pros (+) NO HOT WATER!!! I did not have a warm shower for 4 days, they acted surprised but I believe that is the norm there. One night I had no water at all. People were drinkin in the parkin lot right out front. Straght ot of te hood

Pros (+) Horrible Place. Used as an apartment building it seems like, people yelling about crack while walking to a drive by drug deal in the parking lot!!
