Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location near restaurants and stores, as well as the spacious and clean rooms. Many found the staff friendly and the overall comfort of the rooms to be a highlight. However, there were several complaints about noise from the freeway, issues with deposits and refunds, occasional unfriendly staff, and some maintenance problems in rooms and bathrooms. A few guests also mentioned concerns about safety and the surrounding area. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of cleanliness, room size, and location stood out for many visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
