Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness and convenient location near public transport, shops, and city attractions. However, there were notable complaints about poor service, including unresponsive staff and issues with check-in. Some guests found the rooms small or cramped, and several felt that the value for the price was lacking, with basic amenities and misleading descriptions. Overall, while the hotel is clean and well-located, service and room size could be improved.
