Cons: The toilet and shower configuration in the room isn't private enough and is quite impractical. The shower and toilet are fully visible from the bed, with only some smoked glass to block the view - once the light is on you can see fully into the shower and toilet! Not exactly private. Some couples may be happy to watch each other use the toilet, but we aren't! The lights in the shower and toilet section are motion-activated and come on as soon as you go anywhere near them. If you turn over or move your feet too much in the night, the light comes on in the shower room!

Cons: Unfortunately our room is on the second floor, directly upper the restaurant kitchen - yes their main business actually it’s Fritz restaurant. The corridor and the room, completely smells just like fish - it was impossible to fall asleep during the night since the smell (just feel like sleeping in a kitchen) was very tense and strong. It didn’t change the situation by opening the window or turn on the fan( the fan is extremely loud). There is no room service, no kettle/coffee maker in the room, if you would like to have a tea, you need to go to the reception to ask for water. Bathroom is an isolated “glass room”, so there is no privacy at all; the towels are very tired.

Opening the window at night for some cooling effect brings too much noise, as it’s a narrow street with cobble stones, so the acoustics is really bad. A definite no-go in the summer period!

Cons: I booked a room with kitchen equipment, but when I went, the hotel said that there was no such room type!And they gave a room with nothing inside! Even more incredible is that there was someone went into my room in the morning, I just know that there is a tool room in my room to put the hotel cleaning tools! Cons: I mistakenly booked a Tuesday and Wednesday night, rather than Wednesday and Thursday (it was a fixed non-refundable rate). When I realised my mistake, one week before I was due to arrive, I contacted the hotel to request instead of Tuesday night, Thursday night. At the time they had free rooms available, so it was possible for them to agree. Instead they refused, so I had to pay for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night. I will not be using this group again for any of my companies, so their greed will cost them considerably more than the extra they made.

Cons: I got a singles room as I traveled alone. What I didn't see mentioned anywhere is that the bathroom is literally in your room. As in, the toilet, sink and shower are inside the room, next to the bed, not divided by any walls. This made things a bit difficult, especially showering. Not to mention using the toilet which is literally 50 cm away from where your head is while you sleep. The trash can was also lidless, so all the trash was basically in my room as well. It was also quite loud at night, not sure if it was guests arriving late or people hanging out on the balcony, but you could clearly hear every single door slam at any time. Sound isolation isn't the best.

I think they had overbooked the hotel . Very disappointed in the hotel trying to give me a sub standard room instead of comfort room.

Pros: Breakfast is very good. What a shame only old style TV was in the room, and it was also non operational.
Cons: comfortable parking place, good location and the attractions on walking distance.

Pros: The pricing was extremely fair, as breakfast was included although fairly sparce it was nice that they included it. We also very much enjoyed the windows which we were able to open full swing unlike most hotels. The staff were fantastic and very friendly and made our stay much more enjoyable
Cons: The breakfast was quite basic and somewhat unappetising but good if you need to get a bit of cheap food in you before setting off but the man running the breakfast seemed like a pleasant man. The signage for the hotel was a little confusing and it was a way away from central station.

Pros: Its fast and easy to book, the Practical old fashion carpeted room, quiet and the dark in the room in the Evening. I sleep here so well rejuvinated the next day. Ready to fave the World with Smile :) some clients in the breakfast area are reserve. I sleep good when I stayed at Novum Ruttenscheid and Novum an der ko Düsseldorf.
Cons: I dont ike that Sometimes they need my credit card.
