Everything was smooth and great. I didnt like that they talk so much on the interphone during the flight.
Even though I paid extra for more room, we were very cramped and the seats were hard. Also, when we checked in they did not post the gate we were to arrive at even though we were half an hour away from boarding. The agent did not know either. Actually, the flight from Porto to Zurich did to have the gate posted, and there were very few agents in the boarding areas who could help us. I would never fly Swiss Air again.
The flight did not take place because the flight was canceled and I still have not received a refund for the flight.
At the boarding gate, passengers were offered the option of checking in their carry-on luggage, as the plane was full. However, they failed to specify that they would not be dropping it off at the exit. Instead, everyone had to wait over 30 minutes at the airport carousel, and to everyone's surprise, not even the carry-on luggage, but the checked luggage, was the first to arrive. An hour later, we finally collected our bags. Lesson learned: I will never check my carry-on luggage with Swiss Air / Helvetic Airways again.

When I needed to get my bag off of the plane so that I could take a train because the connection was 4 hours later, they took 2 hours to take my bag off making me take the train and miss my flight simultaneously. The seat size on the plane is too small for an average aged woman let alone a middle-aged man. It's unacceptable and I will not fly Boeing again.
It was poor overall. They cancelled our flight and changed it without notifying us. So we incurred extra costs by having to book a hotel for our layover. They say it's Kayak/Underpricer's responsibility to reimburse us. But Kayak/Underpricer have said it's Aer Lingus' responsibility because they are the ones with our 'booking information.' I find this situation confusing and unacceptable.
My experience with Aer Lingus was not too good. First, because of the last minute delayed flight from Amsterdam to Dublin we almost missed our flight from Dublin to Philadelphia. Secondly, the flight from Dublin to Philadelphia had very uncomfortable seats especially it was a very long flight. My buttocks were constantly in pain for sitting on these seats for this long. Lastly, the service in the plane was also slow. I asked for a second cup of water and the hostess told me he'll be right back with that where it took him over an hour to come back with water. It was warm in the plane and I was very thirsty. Overall this airline needs much improvement in their services.
Experience was great overall. However, the connection time between my flights (1hr 15 mins) was too short. We had to get through security check and US immigration in that time, and I made it to the gate just as they were announcing it was about to close. Flights with such a short connection time should maybe not be offered for purchase, or an advance alert would be helpful. Other than that the in-flight experience was excellent, especially the food. UNDERPRISER IS A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION. I WILL NEVER LET THEM MANAGE ANOTHER TRIP. THEY ESSENTIALLY WERE TRYING TO EXTORT ME FOR "Permission" FROM THEM not TO USE MY ROME TO DUBLIN FLIGHT. I did not use this flight, and despite many communications with both Aer Lingus and Underpricers, to the end, they insisted I could not do this, while Aer Lingus kept telling me there was no problem. And in fact, I had zero problems catching that second leg of the trip home from Dublin to LAX.. As if harrassment, underpricers sent me a rude and insensitve email insisting Aer Lingus would not honor the flight home to LAX from DUB. ON THE MORNING OF THE TRAVEL!!! KAYAK SHOULD NOT USE UNDERPRICER "services" They are dishonest and sadistic.
The seats needs to be comfortables, at least please add more padding to the seats.
Incredible service. Incredible entertainment. I felt like they just kept serving us something new avery hour. My wife and I both had a joyous flight.
Because of problem with aer Lingus, I couldn’t check in until just before the flight and was stuck in the middle seat
The flight was okay however, for whatever reason they were not able to check me in for all 3 flights that I had booked through them creating a big problem when I landed in Toronto, in addition my luggage never made it to Toronto as well. So overall experience was not good
Crew was friendly and helpful, plane was comfortable would fly with them again
Dinner was fabulous. Would have enjoyed a wine with it. None offered... for sale??? Breakfast was disappointing but adequate amount of food.
Food good . No entertainment. Need to use wifi to access your own apps. Eg Amazon Prime, YouTube. They don't tell you unless you ask.
The check in was quick but the counter person didn’t inform me that the flight was delayed. I was also not informed of the boarding gate. When the plane landed there was a mixup at the gate with the ramp crew which delayed the flight further. All in all the experience didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from WestJet
When flying premium on a two our flight a light lunch would have been nice considering the price you pay. A Kit Kat bar and bag of chips is rather cheap service.
I was seated near a "stinky" person. That's not the fault of Westjet🙁😶🌫️
The only thing I can't give good or really good is the fact that we didn't have food ,just a packet of pretzels or cookies which is normal,and ofcourse there isn't any entertainment. I've always flowen WestJet ..I really like the airlines..this plane was smaller one ,pretty tight seating.

We landed 26 min early. It was awesome! Smooth ride too.
When I purchased the flights I included the luggage, the luggage was not added and got charged the full price anyway. Had to pay for the luggage at check in. Initial flight was delayed, we missed our 9am connection (flew with my wife), then the airline rebooks us to the next flights, putting my wife in at 1.40pm and me at 4pm, what a crazy wait time. We managed to fix it with customer service and they put me in the 1:40pm flight too, but they left my baggage behind in the 4pm flight. When arrived to my destination, of course no luggage. It was delivered to the address thankfully late at night. The experience sucked.
Baggage delayed we had to catch our cruise without any clothes 😒
Air Canada Rouge is great. Toronto Airport is the usual nightmare
On board WiFi is a bit flaky. Good for streaming music but getting Air Canada’s entertainment to play was hit and miss.

I accidentally touched a cabin steward as she passed by and she reacted harshly yelling in a loud voice “don’t touch me”. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. I would characterize a few of the cabin crew as pretentious and aloof. Not at all what is expected. That was the first leg of our trip from Montreal to Munich. The second leg from Munich to Nice was more in keeping with the service I expected.
Would have preferred a better food menu. Other than that, no complaints.
Flight was excellent. The staff was a great comfort with the Captain meeting everyone on board The delay was unforeseen but an inconvenience.almost 3hours was too long to sit in the plane before the flight.

Trip was smooth, good drew, average meal, almost cold coffee. Excellent landing. Did not enjoy going down the stairs, walking to the gate, walking up the stairs, going a long walk to the exchange gate, and going down the stairs again to be bussed all the way where we originally landed to take our next flight! Over all an average experience. Thank you.
Not enough veg food for passengers. I actually did not get veg food and starved the entire flight duration.
I booked extra leg room, due to seat neighbor i now consider extra shoulder and arm room as well. Seems like the seats shrink in width now The crew was very friendly and professional ( 100%). Food was good not great, breakfast was bad, a dry slice of bread would have been better. Facilities clean.
The crew on my Frankfurt to Chicago flight were outstanding!! Friendly, helpful and worth taking the time to write an excellent review on their behalf. I would fly Lufthansa again just because of their warmth, kindness and humor!
Overall, the service was excellent, the crew verry professional, and departures and arrivals were perfect.
in athens they helped me with my dogs and they solved all my issues excellent service outstanding

love the crews and my only problem was the delay at Frankfurt was very bad. I have travelled with Lufthansa for over 30 years now and this was cost me some planned business appointment
