Guest reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with the most common complaints focusing on poor cleanliness, including reports of roaches, mold, stained linens, and dirty rooms. Many guests also mention unhelpful or rude service, maintenance issues, and uncomfortable beds. However, some guests do appreciate the hotel's convenient location and affordable price, and a few noted positive experiences with staff and management.
