10.0 Excellent
Pros: The professionalism, friendliness and excellent customer service, as always were phenomenal!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Staff was super nice. Espexially Teresa :-) very helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like that it’s secluded.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: For our week's stay we decided a car rental was necessary. There is a car available on the property to reserve, but not always available. We did use it for 2 days then rented from Brad's Car Rental at the Airport - excellent service, highly recommend! The property sits on a water canal system which supports island birds; there is a lovely restaurant next door; the pool and lounge chairs were perfect for our late afternoon R&R time!
Cons: If you plan to use the beautiful kitchen, bring spices, sugar, etc. However, if you are lacking anything, just ask the manager and they are more than happy to help!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everthing view staff room pool etc..awesome stay
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful surroundings, very calm, close to nature. Very well equipped apartments. Lovely place.
Cons: I would be happy to have breakfasts.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked that the area was very quiet.
Cons: The Central air should be checked as it wasn’t blowing to it’s full capacity. Otherwise , the property and room was wonderful .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff very reasonable price great value for your money
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice property. Secluded and felt very safe at all times due to entrance gates. Apartments are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Kitchens useful if you plan to, like I did, save money but doing some cooking at home. Lovely outdoor areas with pools. Always quiet. Away from hustle of Freeport, and a 30 minute walk to town. Public bus sometimes stopped on side of road for us to get on which costs 1 dollar 50 cents. Taxi ten dollars to and from Lucaya Marketplace. The restaurant is AMAZING! Our best meal on the island, pricey- but worth it. Also, they do a Brunch on Sundays 9-2pm with live music- which I believe serves bottomless mimosas.
Cons: We didn't get a coffee refill every day which goes into the coffee machine and had to ask. We were then given decaf granuals. Consider upgrading these - they are quite fiddly and a bit old school.. Could also have done with a chopping board and a few other utensils. Our Air Con went on and off throughout the night, and both me and my partner being light sleeps would wake up sweating hot from time to time during night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like that it’s secluded and on the marina. The view was awesome.
Cons: It wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was in excellent condition and very clean, the staff was friendly and went out of their way to help you. The restaurant was 5 stars in my opinion. I would recommend this establishment in a heartbeat to my friends.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The check in process was smooth. The room was spacious. There was a nice view of the canal and the pool.
Cons: I was disappointed there was no room service. The front desk was unavailable on several occasions when calling in the evening. The bedding was stained.
7.5 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: While Pelican Bay did not have beach access, they provided us with water taxi passes to the beach. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable with the view of the quiet pool and the marina. The staff were incredible - professional, polite and kind. William was outstanding! Pelican Bay is located extremely close to shopping and excellent restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat!
Cons: Nothing! Was awesome
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for me. Shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance.
Cons: Only stayed for one night. Very pleased with everything.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was amazing and the free boat ride to the beach was such a bonus !!
Cons: the bedroom was a bit small with the door barely closing past the bed and was a bit dark but the bed was very comfortable.
7.0 Good
Pros: The newly renovated rooms are really nice and clean. You even find USB-charging ports throughout the room. You got Lucaya market just around the corner offering various restaurants and bars.
Cons: One drawback is the noisy aircon in your room. I used to switch it off in order to sleep. Breakfast way too expensive for what you get offered. In general the hotel is a little too expensive.
7.1 Good
Pros: The pools and the ferry to the beach. Nice location peaceful and pleasant. Need the government to do something about the ferry arrivals area and tidy up the taxis. Gives a shocking impression and makes Grand Bahamas look like a third world country. It is the businesses that need better support!
Cons: The regimentation of your agents. Some people like to make a decision on how to get to and leave the island without being forced into psckages that don't work. The boat from Fort Lauderdale is particularly bad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool, the view, the renovated room, private balcony, the grounds, Taino beach, The Flying Fish, the location...
Cons: ... can’t think of anything
5.5 Okay
Pros: the room

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was so friendly, especially Jeannie!!! Awesome food in the restaurant.

Cons: Location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bay view balcony of the water outside with a patio outside of the room. I liked how clean the room was and the service of the house keeping was great. The hotel even had its own restaurant.
Cons: Maybe new bed sheets and pillows since some of the pillow cases looked like they had brown burnt spots on them.

Cons: The only thing I wish they had was access to a washer and dryer...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was so friendly and personable! Especially Jeannie, Bertha, and Aeisha (Waitress at restaurant) Very well taken care of...attention to detail awesome!
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was very nice.
Cons: The location is about a 20min walk from any food or the beach. The only restaurant is very expensive and the workers aren't the friendliest. The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all friendly and attentitive to our every need! The restaurant food was always fresh and delicious, the room was big, airy and clean! They invited us and arranged transportation to activities on the island and went above and beyond to be sure we enjoyed our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are always so friendly and ask how your day was, etc. The room was ready at 1:30pm as expected and when we opened the door it smelled lemony fresh! We have stayed here several times because of the hot showers, cold AC, comfy beds and the customer service.
Cons: Nothing we didn't like.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Bathroom could have been cleaner. Chrome fixtures were spotted. Hair on the sides of the tub and stuck to the toilet with stains.

Pros: I like that all the rooms are on the water and our room was super clean! I loved how the excursions picked you up from the hotel. The ladies downstairs were very helpful. The restaurant was also decent for being on site and decently priced.
7.0 Good
Pros: This is my second stay here and this time my bed was very uncomfortable. So the bed is my only issue.
Cons: The mattress sales to be really this without cushion and the frame might be broken which gives the bed a dent in the middle.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Go

Pros: Staff was courteous
Cons: 5 days have passed and $50 incidental expense charge on my credit card has not been returned.!!!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice and clean, AC was cold, room was next to our boat slip.
Cons: Service at the front office for check after hours was very poor. Restaurant service was extremely slow and it was hotter inside than outside, in June. Most staff, with a few exceptions were unfriendly. No hoses to flush boat motors despite being told there were. The apartment itself was good but there is a HUGE gap under the front door and bugs kept getting in. Had to stuff a towel under it. Back slider is very difficult to open and close. The step up from front room to kitchenette/bath/bedroom is a serious trip hazard.
7.5 Good
Pros: The food was a lot better than we expected and plenty value for money. Facilities were clean inviting and comfortable. Staff very friendly and courteous
Cons: No bathrooms downstairs in townhouse and table was too high regular table with comfortable chairs would been perfect

Cons: Not much restaurants and the location is isolated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were cozy and confy

Pros: Fantastic 2BR unit for the price. Excellent.
Cons: We arrived late, by boat. The registration office closes at 5 PM daily and we had to wait a while for someone to come and register us in.

1.0 Poor
Pros: The people were nice.
Cons: The facilities were disgraceful. The restaurant and bar were non-existent. The beach was NOT within walking distance. The place is in the middle of nowhere. It costs $20 to get to or from anywhere. That's $40 round-trip!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, very attentive. They provide bicycles and kayaks to get around with. They also provide you with all thw information you need to wnjoy your time on the island. I enjoyed the community around as well.
Cons: There were no provisions for food. There is only a vending machine with soda and water. There's also a communal microwave but no other way to cook.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: very friendly and honest staff, clean, located less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, very safe neighbourhood
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was quite nice. Hotel was clean. Seemed like a good place for boat travelers as there was a marina on site. Bikes were free to use, as well as kayaks. It was a quick bike ride down to the beach.
Cons: Not that I didn't like it, but it seemed a bit out of the way, and not walking distance to any restaurants, etc. We ordered pizza in - we were only there for one night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality was excellent
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff, Quiet setting. Ideal marina if you are arriving by boat.
Cons: Too far from town. $20 taxi ride each way to town. No breakfast, restaurant or bar facilities.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: It was in a quiet area.
Cons: The ad of the hotel online does not truly meet what is to be expected on the actual hotel site. There is NO Restaurant on hotel property. The hotel is very dated. Unless you have a car the convenience store is about 30-40 minutes away from the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and hotel were basically good and clean. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with any local advice and information.
Cons: There was an unexpected $45 room charge that seemed like a tax but all locals said they did not have a room tax. With the added $-- we could have stayed near Lucaya market and a nicer beach. I think we were taken advantage of our first visit to bahamas

8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was great to relax I be back
Cons: Sharmaine at the front desk was great
7.5 Good
Pros: The cleanliness of the grounds and room. Great convenient location at a reasonable cost. Spaciousness rooms. The pool was probably the best feature - we enjoyed it! And security was on duty and visible day and night.
Cons: Our flight was leaving first thing (6:00am) and we were told by the first clerk that the office wouldn't open until 7:00am to get the deposit. That was unacceptable for a hotel. What ended up happening was that because we were traveling back to Nassau on Western air, we were able to take a later flight (8:00am) to wait for the clerk (another person than the original, who did not know that we were to get a deposit back). Luckily this clerk came on time and we were in and out by 7:15am in time to catch our 8:00am flight back to Nassau.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The food was good & price not so bad .
Cons: The receptionist (didn't get her name, she had braids)was very unenthusiastic and unproffessional at check in,check out& during my stay when I had requests for maintenance and housekeeping. She seems as though she couldn't be bothered with her job, not very informative and no sense if urgency. The service at the restaurant was slow the last night, but the morning we checked out it was very quick and she was pleasant. The shower curtain was dirty and the bed was hard. The WiFi was basically non existent , how terrible the signal was.
6.8 Good
Pros: I stay here often, for the most part, the rooms are always clean however, room A103 needs some renovations.
Cons: The air condition did not work properly and the counter leading to the bathroom needs repairs.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The nice air conditioned rooms, the peace n.quiet location.I didn't want to leave
Cons: I went to iron and there goes no iron
5.5 Okay
Pros: Slightly below average.
Cons: Rooms need to be renovated. Musty smell. No fridge . Room had a lot of ants. Bathroom fixtures were stiff and old . Carpet was not totally clean ...
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean bed extra soft the area is peaceful
Cons: The parking area could be better.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice location
Cons: The WiFi
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, peaceful, the staff was nice and friendly.hopefully I'm looking forward to another stay very shortly.
Cons: No microwave!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: To begin with, the staff are all rather tremendous. In particular, Larry Roker, found my wallet and ran out to give it to me, man that was the coolest points for the hotel because people are not as honest these days and to have people like this at your property is a plus. The ladies at the desk were all so pleasant and friendly, and lets not forget the house keeping lady, she greeted us everywhere she saw us. Now that is hospitality. This is totally the location for you in the Freeport location, all because of THE STAFF! I will definitely be back.
Cons: N/A

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was beyond amazing. I had to come back for another visit. They treat everyone as if they are long lost friends. Betty, Stanlin, Manuela, Jian Carlos and Amaurys have become forever friends. They made sure I had fun even though I took this trip solo. The location was great, and the facilities were always clean.
Cons: I wish I could stay longer.
5.0 Okay
Pros: On the beach
Cons: Very dates and not nice at all
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location -- very beautiful Activities -- lots of things to do Shows -- fabulous shows (although a little loud); entertainment staff very friendly
Cons: Lack of air conditioning (only in room and one restaurant). The hot temperature and insects in Junkanoo buffet dining room. Yes, flies on the food! Lack of towels. Even after phone calls made. (Staff repeatedly removed used towels & didn't bring new ones until late afternoon). Promises made by staff to correct problem but not kept. Lack of maintenance of room The volume of shows and poolside music always a little to loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was awesome. The staff were amazing. Will definitely be back
5.0 Okay
Pros: The entertainment staff was amazing. They did great.
Cons: When we arrived it was dark and the front desk staff were less than inviting. We went to the buffet and we were greeted with dirty tables and floors. No where to sit either. We we not given any sort of a daily activities schedule until I asked for one.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The setting on the beach and the life guards were amazing they were great for a laugh, and particularly safety conscious in a storm. The cafe meal was amazing and the staff in the cafe were friendly and enthusiastic and professional.
Cons: Staff were mostly rude, though more friendly staff on our second day made the experience more pleasant. On arrival at 11am we were advised our room would be ready at 3pm. Once we were finally given access at 3:20pm they were still cleaning our room. We left them to it only to return to a bed with no mattress cover, a sheet that didn't fit and our bedsheets full of sand. The doonas don't even have covers, so you can see stains from previous guests - apparently this is quite normal!! We also met others dealing with cockroaches in their rooms. Our interconnecting door wasn't even locked so other guests next door mistakenly entered our room, there should be a dead lock on these which are locked by housekeeping staff before the rooms are occupied! The shower trap absolutely stunk, rooms were noisy, our room rattled when the neighbours opened and closed their door, and the entire place needs a lot of maintenance. We only ate toast from the breakfast buffet, none of food looked particularly fresh or edible, cold meats were sitting out and sweating. Don't bother with the Italian restaurant of the night, stick to the cafe. The Oriental restaurant was fully booked on our first and closed on our second... At an all inclusive resort we couldn't understand why one of the 3 restaurants would be closed! At the Italian restaurant we watched a family of 5 turned away simply because reception staff made an error and booked only 2 guests for dinner, the restaurant was half empty we couldn't believe how rude the waitress was to turn them away. Bar staff generally complain at making most cocktails and the bar near the beach was constantly out of normal mixers. More should be done to keep local vendors from harassing guests on the beach. We were looking to move to another hotel by the afternoon of our first day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The excursion to snorkel with the turtles, swim with the pigs, and see the blue hole was fantastic! Marco and Tristan were our tour guides and they were wonderful, informative, and friendly. Because they were such excellent guides, my cousin and I booked another snorkel with them! This was off an uninhabited island and was also so much fun!
Cons: Beach solicitation for sales
9.3 Excellent
Pros: a very pleasant hotel set right on the beach, the staff were very helpful, as for the entertainment staff, they put so much effort and hard work into all the shows they did at night and also it seemed like non stop during the day, there is a kids club which was run perfectly Zico Kennedy Alice Michelle had so much energy they kept the guest occupied, to me it is a must stay resort, just a shame its so far away from the UK, the one thing I would like to see is no smoking signs round the pool, even the life guard was funny and he knew exactly when you had to get out the pool if a storm was not to far away, the food was good enough to pick from, and a taxi rank next door to the hotel
7.0 Good
Cons: The customer service needs to be worked on.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing and so very friendly!
Cons: The food was ok but not amazing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely fantastic hotel! Staff was especially attentive and the facility as a whole exceeded our expectations!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff made it pleasant in all ways.
Cons: Distance from rooms were far from restaurants and bars. You’re out of breathe by the time you make it to breakfast lunch or dinner. Ice is not available unless you bring your bucket to main bar. You had to make sure to have something from the snack bar to bring up to your room for late night snack. Once restaurants close by 10 pm you will no longer have access to food

Pros: The room was large and airy. Well appointed. Terrace was large and had nice views of ocean and land. Staff was friendly and helpfull, attentive. Good value.
Cons: Bathroom needs updating. After a heavy storm water was coming in through the ceiling light in the shower. Not good. Otherwise, the room was great.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: View from 9th floor ocean view room was beautiful. Resort is quite big and didn't feel overcrowded. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Additional perks (complementary snack and drinks each evening) for guests staying on 9th and 10th floor we're great and increased feel of luxury.
6.0 Good
Pros: then who cares about the others
Cons: the mattresses of the beds and the staff of the reception needs training.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property.
Cons: Rug was wet most liekey due to leak from rain.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Property was beautiful.
Cons: Room had wet spot in carpet most likely from rain that came down in wall. Outside Grill shut down due to rain. Should have larger overhang to stay open during these little storms.
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent! The resort is located near a gorgeous beach and Port Lucaya is a two minute walk away from the main entrance.
Cons: The housekeepers forgot to replace our wash towels twice during our brief stay. The queue for checkout was ridiculously long. When I finally got to the front the front desk agent took thirty seconds with me. I would expect more efficient service for the price.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location, beach, pool
Cons: The taxes and fees are astronomical. Room tax, VAT, electricity surcharge, resort fee, service fee and additional fees!! The fees/taxes almost are as much as the room rate for the two of us.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Shortage of staff at the front desk.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Best bang for your buck. Resort was right on the ocean with its own private area. Suite was nice and included full kitchen set up. We also had two balconies. You’ll definitely want to stay at the pool side as it’s closer to all of the amenities and closer to the ocean (marina view is across the street and ocean view can be obstructed; marina was nice, but not as good as ocean). There was a convenience store on site to buy groceries, but are expensive as it is imported. There were two restaurants and a bar around the pool area that we ate at a lot. Lots of activities throughout the day for family and adult only. We enjoyed bingo, karaoke, and charades.
Cons: They are very pushy on their sales of timeshares and future stays at the resort. Before we could even check in, they pushed us to speak with a lady to sign up for “free” tours and souvenirs in exchange to come to their 90 min sales presentation about buying into a timeshare. The service at the restaurants are also super slow, so must be patient to get service sometimes.
4.3 Okay
Pros: overall location was good as was access to the pool, pool café and ocean. Having the pool available 24/7 was appealing. There seemed to be a range of activities available but poor execution or they didn't happen.
Cons: some of the staff appeared rude, or disinterested at best. There was the rare engaging staff member who brightened the customer experience. The resort lacked atmosphere exacerbated by bar drinks, such as cocktails, being served in plastic cups.
7.5 Good
Pros: Spacious living area and quiet location
4.3 Okay
Pros: The pool and pool side activities

Pros: Big Mama is very helpful and Nice ! The beach is very closed and the taxi boat is a very nice way to go to Market Place ( 10 minutes).
Cons: It is an old hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. The room has the basics and all we needed. Bed is comfortable, location is perfect (we were on the marina side), and everything worked. The staff is wonderful, and the housekeepers do an amazing job, everything is very clean. We are rebooking for next year. Having the amenities to the resort, pool, beach, facilities and restaurant/bars makes this the perfect, yet affordable place to stay.
Cons: WIFI is not good in the guestrooms.
