Pros (+) Room was extremely comfortable-staff (from top to bottom) was amazing and couldn't have been more accommodating, breakfast was perfect, love the L'Occitane bathroom products & well stocked Nespresso bar in every room....a truly delightful stay for one week over Christmas.
Cons (-) Walking up to the 3rd floor :( but at least we worked off some of the calories we ate! Hated to leave!
