R
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Amazing location. Don’t miss staying here. You will be happy.
D
2.0 Poor
Pros:The location.
Cons:Everything. Numerous safety issues with our room (like exposed wires) that were brushed off when brought to staff attention. The care and maintenance of the room overall was suspect, at best (i.e. mold, busted fixtures, etc.). For as expensive as the room was, you'd think wifi would be included (especially considering there's no cell service), but it's an extra expense. The only reason they can keep running this racket is because of the location. I'd stay elsewhere if I could.
P
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:The surrounding views, short drive to Yosemite and kitchenette to prepare meals.
Cons:The Jets didn't work on the spa tub, but that was the least of our worries
S
8.8 Very good
Cons:Older facility that has been kept clean and the staff is very nice. Decent grocery store and gift shop. There is no cell service there and they charge for Wi-Fi.
J
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Location is great
Cons:Gas price at 1 gas station outside park was highway robbery--no place else. This was NOT connected to motel.
A
4.8 Mediocre
Cons:Dreadful customer service at front desk on check in and thereafter. The staff appear to be a bunch of college students who are trying to get some summer money but don’t really feel they need to make the effort of extending customers the courtesy of being nice and friendly. Also - $10 for WiFi?? It’s 2019 and I can get free WiFi in Starbucks. There are swimming pools and jacuzzis - who needs these? I’d rather not have had access to unnecessary facilities like a jacuzzi and had free WiFi.
D
8.0 Very good
Pros:Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the view from our hotel room was majestic.
Cons:Staff was a little rude. I can tell they had a busy night and we tried to stay out of their way and even then we felt their attitude was not the best.
E
7.4 Good
Pros:If you’re going to Yosemite, this place is on your short list for sure. Nice, spacious rooms, but hard beds.
Cons:Besides the hard beds, the staff did not make it clear that the $10 WiFi fee was for two devices only.
M
5.7 Fair
Pros:proximity to the park. kitchenette. river view.
Cons:dirty carpet. peeling wallpaper. odor in room. poor shower.
A
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:River view from my room
Cons:Paid $10 daily for WiFi
