Friendly staff. Would stay again
Hotel required a cash deposit of $100 for "incidentals". Order was placed on Dept. Credit Card so I wouldn't have to put out my own money. VERY INCONVENIENT!
The room smelled badly. There walls were in despair needing repair. No appropriate bedding. Requested to have flowers in the room for our anniversary based on the special arrangement requested. NOTHING was like the pictures and no apologies for not fulfilling the requests.
The property is right off a busy road side . So you hear lots of traffic and noises . But nothing too bad . The property is in a “remodeling stage”. So it doesn’t look amazing but good effort on making it better
Just a little sketchy . The rooms have a musky smell too them and are a bit roughed up around the door and walls . I would say that the staff here “Preet “ was very nice and helpful . For value and distance to the ATW Arena, it was good
The location was handy to hop on the Interstate and travel to our job site, but it was a 20-mile drive.
Wyndham should not associate their good name with this poor property. It is in a shady neighborhood. The night manager, or family grandfather, crept around all the time hiding in doorways and under stairwells peeping at people and watching everyone like a stalker. The room I booked was 2 beds that said it slept up to 5 people. It was 2 full-sized beds crammed into a room with just enough space for 2 people, maybe 3. So we had to book a 2nd room, which cost more than the 1st room yet was smaller! The parking stalls were painted for small economy-sized cars but were full of SUV's, Vans, and Pick-Ups. The breakfast was a joke, no coffee in the rooms, no water pressure, and not even close to living up to the standards of Wyndham. NO WAY we should have paid DOUBLE rates to get what we initially paid ONCE for! Another Bait-N-Switch by the so-called 'hospitality' industry -- completely inhospitable! AVOID THIS PLACE! Better off staying at a motel on Aurora Ave North (cheaper rates, better bang for your buck)! ZERO customer service, customer care, and ethics.
