Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and spacious rooms, making it a comfortable choice for families and travelers alike. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty bathrooms, mildew smells, and unclean linens. Service was also a concern, with several guests reporting rude or unhelpful staff and inconsistent experiences at the front desk. While some appreciated the amenities and value, the recurring problems with cleanliness and customer service detracted from their overall experience.
