Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the scenic and convenient location of the hotel, but reported significant issues with service, including poor communication, unhelpful staff, and difficult check-in processes. Many found the rooms and bathrooms to be extremely small and often not clean, with some mentioning maintenance issues and lack of amenities. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, and the value for price was questioned due to these shortcomings. Overall, the location was the main highlight, but service, room size, and cleanliness were major drawbacks.
