Temperature control non existent. Room very hot. Toilets in our room and neighboring rooms were extremely loud,like industrial sized airplant toilets

Housekeeping was hit or miss (i.e. they didn't get all the towels). When I arrived the room was over 100 degrees. I got a suite, but it wasn't really two rooms (just a small divider). Internet was sporadic, so I ended up using 5g most of the time. But it had availability, free breakfast, and I got work done.

This is a lovely four-star hotel in the middle of Fairbanks. The bed was super comfortable, nice fluffy towels, large room and a really wonderful breakfast and during Covid times that’s not an item you’re seeing as much so it was a highlight to see a breakfast with hot items offered. Pros (+) Absolutely nothing
Cons (-) They sold out of our rooms and put us in a room with a murphy bed and double doors that opened to the luggage storage/employee hang out area. We later found out this is the room brides use to get ready when a wedding is at the hotel. They said this counted as a room and would not move us to another hotel as is common when a hotel oversells. Avoid the Westmark at ALL COSTS!!!

Pros (+) Room was clean, had a view, was comfortable, and loved the beds. It also had a nice little kitchenette and a desk with a 2nd TV. Cons (-) Noble St was all torn up and that was the way I knew how to get to the hotel. There were quite a few of us trying to navigate the blocked roads, detour signs, and dead ends which led to lots of driveway turnarounds. Pros (+) My husband and I came to Fairbanks to see aurura in early November. we enjoyed our stay here .The room is big and clean.we booked a king bed room.Its so conmfortable.Its totally worthy the price.Whats more，the hotel is located in downtown fairbanks.Its easy to go everywhere if u have a car.

Cons (-) Stairway exit only! The stairs are nowhere near the elevator. Have to walk to the end of the hallway while the elevators are in the middle of the hotel. No clear signage for the outdoor entrances. We got lucky & ran across an employee who opened a "side" door for us. Old TV.
