Guests appreciated the hotel's central location, comfortable beds, and overall cleanliness. Many found the breakfast options acceptable, though some noted issues with freshness or limited service, especially on weekends. The noise from nearby trains and thin walls was a frequent complaint, impacting sleep quality for several guests. Service was generally seen as adequate, with some positive mentions of helpful staff, but a few experienced issues with unstaffed reception or maintenance. Overall, the hotel was considered a good value, especially for its location, but improvements in soundproofing and breakfast quality were suggested.
