Location for our needs and room rate.
Facility needs renovation. Bathrooms are old and outdated. VERY old power strips in the guest room we stayed in - question how safe they were.

Location was great, walking distance to Falls Church area, rooms were very clean and comfortable, building was old and a little run down but overall was great for the price.
