Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location near shops and restaurants, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms, and cited high noise levels from traffic as a major drawback. Opinions on bed comfort were mixed, with some guests finding the beds comfortable and others reporting discomfort. Overall, while the service and location were strong points, noise and cleanliness detracted from the experience for several guests.
