Not located in town.
The hotel was nice. It was pretty. And clean. But NOT located in flagstaff.
Not located in town. The address says flagstaff but it’s 45 minutes away. All advertising would lead you to believe that it’s close. But it’s not.
Our room and bed were very comfortable. It was quiet too.
Not so friendly staff
The rooms were very spacious. The beds were ok. The bathroom smelled like sewer. Yuck.
This place is obviously not kid friendly. I 100% understand kids are not allowed inside the casino, but the security guard went out of her way to insure my kids did not step a foot inside. The pool pictures look one million times better than reality. Nothing special
Overall a great place
The location for our trip, the amenities for the family, price and cleanliness
I was totally bummed the night we stayed the pool was closed so my older kids didn't have anything to do when we went to the casino.
staff friendly, rooms luxurious, wi fi, food good
An excellent adventure!
We don't normally stay at casinos but this location provided us with easy access to Grand Falls. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The room clean and well-appointed. And the food! Well done!
Very beautiful hotel rooms. Bathrooms in room were wonderful.
Casino is too smokey wish there was a non smoking section and the public restrooms were extremely dirty
Enjoyable resort
I like the fact that there was a handful of food merchants on the grounds.
The smoke that I inhaled each time I walked into the Lobby. As a non-smoker I do not want to breathe in the stench/toxins unless I choose to go into the Casino.
Location was a bit off.
