Overall run down, unclean environment, wouldn't st
The location
There was four people, the first night the room not only did the lights not work, either did electrical outlets, microwave was unusable because face of the door to the microwave was off of it. The room smelled like cat pee. Bugs everywhere. we bought cleaning supplies to clean the first room. We had one big towel and two wash clothes when I asked for more towels I was given two more wash cloths and two hands towels, and when given towels the clerk asked me for a cigarette. The next day we had to call corporate in order to get any refund and they gave us another room for 50% off again no towels to accommodate four people. As well as when asking staff for more towels they were rude. On website we booked a smoking room when we got here we were told there were none.
