Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews reveal significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, stains, mold, and unpleasant odors. Breakfast is also a common disappointment, with limited options and poor quality. Service experiences are mixed, with some guests encountering rude or unhelpful staff, while others praise friendly and accommodating employees. However, the hotel's location is consistently appreciated for its convenience to local attractions and highways, making it a practical choice for travelers despite its shortcomings.AI-generated from customer reviews
