Pros (+) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us weather reports and suggested when certain activities would be best. They're were two pools that the kids enjoyed, but the pool facilities were a bit run down. Our room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping did a thorough job everyday.
Cons (-) There were no hand towels provided. Closets are unheard of in Guatemala and the wardrobe in our room was taken up by the non-working safe. It was impossible to hang anything.
