Pros (+) The staff member who ran the breakfast area was stellar. She was the only good thing at this establishment.
Cons (-) We’ve use the Hampton Inn Irvine East for conferences for over 10 years. Never again! I paid for this through the app. We had 3 rooms for 5 nights. On the fifth night a key wouldn’t work. The staff said that this room was only booked for 4. We showed them the receipt and they released the room. They then charged my card an “incidental “ fee of $85... twice.
