Pros (+) The price seemed good, the hotel was very nice and clean.
Cons (-) Food there was expensive, Air quit working, had to call to have it fixed. Shuttle rides into city were expensive, cheaper to Uber

Cons (-) The staff was the worst I have ever seen. They were completely useless and had no idea what customer service was. Not only that, be careful with you information. We have them give us a piece of scratch paper with a phone number on it for a restaurant and on the other side was someone's full credit card number and expiration date! That was after he told us to google restaurants... Seriously?
