    Not bad!

    The price seemed good, the hotel was very nice and clean.

    Food there was expensive, Air quit working, had to call to have it fixed. Shuttle rides into city were expensive, cheaper to Uber

    Very comfortable bed-able to control temp easily-nice look of room.

    Worst front desk staff ever!

    The location of this hotel was great. Had great access to the city and the highways to get to other places.

    The staff was the worst I have ever seen. They were completely useless and had no idea what customer service was. Not only that, be careful with you information. We have them give us a piece of scratch paper with a phone number on it for a restaurant and on the other side was someone's full credit card number and expiration date! That was after he told us to google restaurants... Seriously?
