Four Points by Sheraton St. Catharines Niagara Suites8.4/10 ratingout of 16 reviews · C$ 126 avg price/ night
PROS: Staff in restaurant - Taylor, Joe and Jesse are wonderful and definitely assets to the company. Housekeeping were lovely and loved the Go Green system as we were there so long. Front desk were pleasant but didn’t have much contact.CONS: Reno’s being done so refresh is n process. Menus could be drastically improved - albeit food improved as we made the occasional comment (ie: taco salad good but meat colder on first night as obviously prepared earlier and kept in fridge) but very heavy menu. Being in hotel for 30 years- just would have had the thought to put us closer to elevator since in-house for 2 weeks.
