Polite and very helpful front desk personnel. Friendly staff members who take pride in their work, Room was clean and fresh. Great location with restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Can't go wrong here for all your travel plans

As in my prior stays at this ESA hotel, the best experience for me was the interaction with staff, particularly, the General Manager. I had the great honor of having her check me in. Absolutely PERFECT service and she leads by example!
Absolutely NOTHING! The room was perfect (and the hotel employee even checked to make sure all was perfect), staff was professional and hospitable.

I always enjoy staying at this specific hotel. From the excellent example manager exhibits by greeting customers and being genuinely concerned with patron's highest level of satisfaction to "hotel employee" who is truly one of the very best staff!
Absolutely NOTHING!!!! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, IN PLACE AND GREAT!!!
