L’amabilité du personnel (mais pas tous), et, chambres grandes, les 4 restaurants sur place, la plage en face,

Mobilier vétuste et abîmé, nettoyage à revoir, traces de champignons dans les salles de bain, nettoyage à revoir, nous sommes restés une semaine et on nous a changé les draps la veille de partir, très peu de personnel parle anglais (les traductions par google ne sont pas toujours correctes en portugais) la salle de sport est très petite et plafond très bas, la piscine est belle mais vite à l’ombre vers 15h30 et il y a beaucoup de vent... dommage car l’hôtel est encore beau, ils devraient rénover...

Établissement bruyant, des enfants qui crient et courent partout. Un petit déjeuner moyen. Un personnel qui pour les meilleurs parle a peine l’Anglais. Enfin un WIFI en dessous de tout dans les chambres tout juste bon à traiter les e-mails

L'hôtel a besoin de plus de personnel. Le service est lent et les gens ne sont pas bien formés pour rendre les choses plus faciles ni plus rapides.

I booked a standard room (10 to 13 July) and a superior room (29 to 31 July) and the difference in price was quite big. In the end I found out the room was exactly the same, same location (lateral see view). I expected some more comfort given the amount I paid for the superior room.

Location close to an excellent beach.

Location was extremely dangerous and in a very run down local area.

The breakfast was excellent with an extensive choice of dishes. The pool was nice. The cleaning staff were helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable.

I was disappointed that, having opted for a suite with the small kitchen area, there were no utensils, cutlery, dishes. We didn't make use of that facility which meant we had wasted money. Also, internet access was expensive.

This hotel located near a famous beach in Fortaleza was pleasant and good for me and for my girlfriend. We only had to cross the street to reach the sand of the beach. Breakfast was excelent.

Well .. there are only 2 problems that I saw. Location and soundproof room. This hotel is located in very ugly place in Fortaleza. Locals keep saying the area is very dangerous and if you are planning to stay at this hotel, stay there and leave to take a walk and come back to it before the sunset. The area become very desert after sun going down. And about the room: it's big and clean but whoever walks outside your door your are going to listen ... even screaming childs or unpolite people.

Je suis très contrarié et j'ai quitté cet hôtel au milieu de mon séjour car je me suis rendu compte que la réception n'avait pas tenu compte de ma réservation par internet avec laquelle je bénéficiais d'une promotion tarifaire. Cet hôtel m'a donc appliqué le tarif normal et j'ai donc payé plus cher que prévu par ma réservation. Je reste à votre entière disposition pour vous donner plus de détails si cela vous interesse. Just liked the location and the breakfast.

Didn't like it very much. The staff are not well trained, the cleanliness could be much better, the service is too slow and most of the machines in the academy are not ok. It is not a 5 stars hotel at all.

Good value, clean rooms and good facilities. Perfect when you prefer the beach. Although relatively far from the city it is situated on, by far, the best beach in town. Hotel provides a regular bus service to Avenida Beira Mar and down town.

For dinner there is no "a la cart" restaurant in the hotel.
