Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent breakfast, convenient location near public transport and attractions, and high standards of cleanliness. Many found the beds comfortable and rooms well-appointed. However, several guests reported negative experiences with the service, particularly with the owner, citing rudeness, lack of hospitality, and issues with communication. The lack of an elevator was also mentioned as a drawback, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Overall, the positives of breakfast, location, and room comfort stand out, but service inconsistencies were a notable concern.
