The staff were very nice and friendly and at the breakfast there was an acceptable variety of bread and other things that for a small hotel like this one is good enough. The location of the hotel was good it was in Sachsenhausen neighbor with nice and cute buildings and it was only 20 minutes walk to the big Christmas market. there was also public transportation available near the hotel which we didn't used and we preferred to walk
It is a comfortable hotel for short stay like 2 or 3 days but in our case it was a little bit boring for one week and the beds were not comfortable for long stay, after the third day we had a little bit of pain in the back because of the mattress.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The location was awesome. Close to everything specially walking distance to old town.
I was staying on the 6th floor. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor only but the staff offer to help me with my suitcase so that was great but would have been much better if elevator could go up all the way.
