Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's direct access to the thermal spa, the quality and variety of the breakfast, and the friendly, helpful staff. The location near the forest and thermal baths was a highlight for many. However, the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, especially during hot weather, was a frequent complaint, as was the cleanliness in some rooms and bathrooms. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere, amenities, and service left a positive impression on most guests.
