Kind and caring staff, we were there for 10 days and with the exception of one person, everyone we encountered was so nice and helpful. However, our room was filthy. The rug reeked of urine in one large area, and dog poop in another. The shower faucet never fully transitioned from the tub to the top so the bathroom was flooded every time we showered.
