Cons (-) The outside of the building looks to be falling apart at the columns. The outside of building and the inside of the room could use a pressure cleaning. We took showers in flip flops and slept clothed on top of the bedding. Tarshy at best.

Cons (-) To start, AC unit was extremely loud. So loud, that I couldn't sleep and had to buy ear plugs and a fan. Toilet started leaking from its base and flooded the bathroom floor. Walls were paper thin and could hear our neighbors conversations. Place was dirty and very low quality. Bed was in bad condition and we found hairs within the sheets. Cons (-) No phone, no clock, one bed broken, no iron, nothing to heat water, outdated TV... Positive= competitive rates for Gainesville.

Cons (-) The rooms were dirty. There ciggerrate burns on the tub and toilet. The furniture was broken and the outside was run down.
