Cons (-) They overbooked and sent us to WildBear Inn, a two star hotel at Pigeon Forge. Before that, they sent us to a better one, which is operated by the same company as WildBear Inn, and took us almost one hour to wait for check-in, but that hotel told us they sent us too the wrong one, since they also overbooked. Cons (-) Everything was totally outdated,19 years ago I bought the same TV that was in my room.Bath was so stained we didn't even shower in it.Carpet was outdated ,torn and had paint stains on it.The Vertical blind didn't work properly,had to close some of the vanes by hand.Furnuture was From the 80's and worn. Weekend rate paid $$$ and was horrible dissapointment

Pros (+) We liked the location. It was within walking distance to almost everything. Loved to restaurant and the outdoor eating by the river. Service was poor but the atmosphere was worth it. Room was clean and spacious. Great view of the mountains. I would return again even though the pool was a disappointment.
Cons (-) The pool was so dirty that we couldn't even swim in it. My granddaughter threw a swim stick in and we couldn't even find it. At night when the pool lights were shining, you could see bits of white floating all over.

Pros (+) Location is great, just a block away from the strip. Walking distance to everything. Sheets and towels were clean.
Cons (-) Extremely outdated. I'm sure this hotel was very nice in 1980 but not much has changed since then. TV is the only update. Place looks dirty just from years and years of use. The room smelled like a dead animal. Smell was coming from the refrigerator. We only stayed two nights so we just toughed it out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
