Perfect location as we could walk everywhere. Hospitality was above and beyond. Comfortable, large room that was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and Mel was the head server who went out of his way to make sure we were happily fed (" how are you, what can I get you, I'll be right back with that"). I rented the honeymoon suite, The tub wasn’t cleaned, they promised to clean it and no one did anything. They had the gas turned off for the fire place and didn’t tell us until the next day after we couldn’t get it started and asked for help multiple times. And forget calling the front desk, no one will answer, you have to walk up there. It was awful… we left after that… won’t go back!

Pros (+) Loved the feel of this property. Very well kept and great location. Right between hot springs pool and caverns park!!
Cons (-) Staff said pool was too cold to swim in. We stayed here because of the kid friendly pool but they said it’s only kept luke warm.

Pros (+) It was an okay hotel other then a couple of things the irked me.
Cons (-) I got to the hotel about 5 hours before their check in time hoping they would let me check in. I got a stern no so my friend and i sat in the parking lot for about an hour to figure out what we were going to do, we saw about 5 groups of people leave the hotel looking like they were checking out.
