Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting the breathtaking views of hot air balloons and the unique cave setting. The service, especially from staff members like Han, was frequently described as exceptional, attentive, and accommodating, making many guests feel well cared for. Breakfast was another standout, with guests enjoying the variety and quality of fresh, local options.
