Hotel Terra Cedro In

The receptionist was very helpful and very polite. We asked for an extra sheet a clean towel and he was kind enough to provide them to us. The "pão-de-queijo" was awesome!

The cleaning lady was not in a good mood and would pretend she wouldn't listen to our request for a new/clean towel. My mom and I didn't appreciate her attitude. The lobby's restroom had no hand soap, which made us wait for our room to be ready to finally use our room's bathroom. The check-in time starts at 13:00, but we waited until 13:18 to receive our key. The facilities are too poor and furniture was old. The wardrobe's wood was peeling. For breakfast, they served milk, coffee, and juice, but no water.
