Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and some found the rooms spacious and the beds comfortable. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, hidden fees, poor maintenance of the pool and hot tub, and disappointing breakfast. Service experiences were mixed, with some staff praised for friendliness and others criticized for lack of care or professionalism. Overall, while the location is a highlight, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, amenities, and value for money.

Very good

Pros (+) Decent value. The best rates are found through internet sites, not through Royalty Inn directly so shop around. Fridge, microwave, and health club next door with fitness room, pool, hot tub keep us coming back for more during ski season. Close to Wildcat.
Cons (-) Wish the rewards certificates could be used through any website. The savings is little if any when having to book directly since the rates are higher.
