Breakfast closed at 10 am. 😡🙄
Older Indian man at desk was rude!
Room had nice amenities and was clean.
Staff was curt and not at all welcoming. Staying here felt like I was imposing on them. Also, the smoke detector right over the bed with a bright green light made it hard to sleep.
Great location
Shuttle service
Mattress need to be changed
not worth it worst hotel I’ve been.
The room is not clean found a dirty socks on the floor . The bed is uncomfortable , the pillows is old too flat. The pillow cases all worn out with stains and holes. The bathroom door knob lock is outside not inside the bathroom. There are stiill open salad dressing in the fridged meaning it was not cleaned . I’ve never beeb in a hotel like that.
The room was fine. This a not a high end hotel but met our requirements for the night - clean, comfortable bed.. Not far from the Park. Friendly, courteous staff at the hotel.
It was behind another building so a little hard to find.
Grand Canyon Grand Hotel Grand Fire
Great stay. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was in good shape. The breakfast buffet was tasty with good variety. We will definitely return.
Very smoky during a prescribed burn in the forest. This was certainly not the fault of the staff, but there surely must be a mechanism to warn of such events. Aside from direct exposure to a campfire, none of the four of us had previously been exposed to that much smoke inhalation. We are all in good health, but we all suffered from the smoke exposure; eg, watery eyes, sneezing, throat irritation. It was still a positive experience.

just a few minutes from the Grand Canyon with plenty of adequate restaurants, convenience shops within walking distance. Staff very helpful and friendly. Indoor "spa" aka hot tub, was fun b/c it was in the middle of the lobby with greenery all around. Breakfast buffet was good for the price ($12?). Beds comfortable, linen soft, rooms clean. We booked for Easter weekend only 2 weeks before and grateful to get a place to stay.
Over rated in the ratings. Looked like a 3 star in 3rd world countries
Location.
Run down facility. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Even TV was not working properly. Restaurant mediocre. Parking scarce at night. No concierge was available. Expensive for what it is.
Restaurant on site was convenient.
Difficult to find in the dark when first arrived
Everything was good, including the restaurant on site.
Expensive for what it is.

I came into the area with a camping permit, but was too late and there was a thunderstorm. Thankfully this hotel had a room. The staff were all super friendly and more than willing to help me if I needed anything. Room was comfortable and it was fairly quiet, maybe because it was the end of August. I am sure that during the busier times the bar and lounce area are great places.
The buffet of food was just so so. Nothing was especially good. Probably would order off the menu directly next time.
Grand Canyon Prehike
The location was perfect for an EARLY departure to hike the Canyon.
The refrigerator ran, but didn't work. We were too pressed for time to sweat it. The TV didn't have a signal, which we were told has to routinely have to be reset.
