Breakfast bar was fabulous. Staff was great, but when we got in our room the lights at the bedside didn’t work. In fact, nothing worked. Maintenance finally came and fixed everything.

The grab and go breakfast was great. It provided a decent breakfast and included an adequate assortment of items. Hairdryers have supposedly been removed from the rooms due to the pandemic. If you want/need one, they are available by asking at the front desk. Our body wash and hair products were empty when we arrived but were replaced promptly after calling the front desk.

Cons (-) No gluten free or dairy free options for breakfast. Also, our car was backed into while parked there overnight. There are no cameras outside.

Pros (+) This is a good location just outside Grand Canyon Park. A very large hotel with updated rooms. Breakfast area was under renovation, but the food was okay. The shower was very nice and the shampoo dispenser was cool. I liked that the pillow cases showed you the firmness.
Cons (-) The heater was a little noisey, but worked okay.

Pros (+) The location/proximity to the Grand Canyon is perfect. And there is plenty within walking distance. The breakfast (and breakfast staff) was also excellent.
Cons (-) The air conditioner in our room did not work at all so we were very warm and uncomfortable - and our view was of a wall.

Pros (+) Was part of a group that went to hike the Grand Canyon. This hotel is conveniently located and near the canyon. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast and friendly pancake makers. It may seem a bit pricey, but not more than others when compared to the other hotels in town.
