10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kathy and Sean were simply the greatest hosts anyone could ask for. Their home is beautiful and very inviting. The breakfast was awesome! The room we stayed in was impeccably clean and made you feel at home. The king bed was soooo comfy! Their two dogs; Sally and Sadie, were so friendly and well mannered. We had a wonderful conversation with these two amazing people. We arrived as guest but left feeling like family. We had the best stay ever!
Cons: Nothing wrong with the accommodations.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were many extra amenities that we weren’t expecting: the house had a river view, walking trail nearby, hot tub, large media/TV/movie room, excellent made to order breakfast. The hosts were helpful (where to buy gas, atm, restaurants) and friendly without being intrusive. Would recommend Noble House to friends and family

Cons: Honestly can’t think of anything negative
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Kathy and Sean were super helpful. They are very warm people pleasant to communicate to. The breakfast is not just abundant and tasty, but is a piece of art too. The facilities are fantastic and very well maintained. All the equipment and house decor are high class. The bed was super-comfy, one of the best we've ever slept in. Great stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Noble House B&B was a fabulous surprise. Big, beautiful comfortable rooms, wonderful and informative hosts, lots of activities in common areas so you were not confined to your room. Table tennis, pool table, were just a few. Location was right on the river, with access to trails and a sandy, private beach.
Cons: Nothing. This was the most amazing B&B.

Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Cons: There was a planned power outage from 6-9 am which the staff did not tell us when we checked in. We chose this room with kitchenette to make breakfast before going golfing so, but that was not possible. Had we been told on check-in we would have no power, we would have planned accordingly! Price seemed high for off season small room as well.

2.8 Mediocre
Cons: The hotel is in very bad need of a serious update. One would really think that flying the Ramada Banner someone from Ramada would visit this place and either force a Renovation or shut it down. 8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and quiet.
Cons: AC didn’t work well.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Bed were clean.
Cons: No disposable coffee cup, all we had was 2 glass mugs, 1 had stains in it. No coffee whitener or cream. 1 single envelope of coffee. No coffee avaible in the lobby either. Air conditioner was a window unit that was noisy. Carpet was red and dirty, light beige futon had stains on it. All in we wouldn't recommend this hotel . It wasn't worth $166.00 with taxes. Total RIP off.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good clean and reasonably priced
Cons: Breakfast offering minimal and poor
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was very spacious and the kitchenette was well stocked and clean.
Cons: The manager was not friendly. The telephones in the rooms had been disconnected and the breakfasts were no longer available, however we were not told this when we booked in. Thank goodness we had a kitchenette to do a bit of cooking. The grounds are in a sorry state which is such a shame because it could be a nice motel. We have stayed there several times over the years, but never again. Dogs cooped up and barking whenever you passed by them. A little unnerving!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was very nice to have breakfast at the location.
Cons: Have some cereal.
7.9 Good
Pros: The building was in the back and was newly remodelled and the room and bathroom were much larger than most places I have stayed at. I heard no noise at all overnight so was nice to be away from the highway.
Cons: The fridge was kind of in an awkward place above the television but other than that everything was much better than I thought.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff was very understanding. Back building rooms very spacious.
Cons: Front building room was very old.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds and the cleanliness
Cons: Comfortable beds and the cleanliness
5.8 Okay
Cons: I booked a 3 bed suite and when I got there the manager had over booked the hotel so my friends and I were only given a room with 2 beds. With no discounts added to my stay without me asking, and after all of the hassle he only gave me 10$ off.... we had booked a room with a kitchen and so we had bought food to cook for dinner instead of going out and then had to go out anyways. Absolutely terribly dealt with and totally unimpressed with the manager and how he handled the situation.
5.4 Okay
Cons: small bed ac behind futon 20 min walk each way from beach

Night Inn Grand Forks - Grand Forks - Building

6.6 Good (54 reviews)
C$ 73+
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: The pictures online did not accurately represent the property. It was in need of repair both inside the room and on the exterior. The bathroom was barely adequate. The tub was in need of repair and re-caulking. When i checked in and showed the clerk the picture of the room that i based the booking on all i got was blank stares. Do yourself a favour and spend a few more $$$ and head down the street a bit
7.1 Good
Pros: Easy to find. Near restaurants.
Cons: Bathroom too small
4.2 Okay
Cons: No coffee. No maid service. Dead car in parking lot. Noisy rooms. Pool locked and not running.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Older property but clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very friendly staff.
Cons: No breakfast.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The young person who checked us into the motel was very kind and efficient .
Cons: The overall cleanliness of the room was lacking . The door handles looked like they were in the process of changing them out from swipe cards to locking handles .I hope they finish it off better then sticking waded up toilet paper in the holes in the door . The AC unit over the bed. The front grill of it was covered in dust and I wiped that clean . There was half used shampoo bottles left on the side mirror . The bathroom fan cover was dangling from the ceiling over the bathtub and covered in dust. A missing light bulb in the vanity mirror .Stains on the pillows and the side of the box spring were enough for me . We were up early the next day and on our way . Disappointed is what I was . I read one review about how the hotel looked rough on the outside but was nice on the inside well obviously I did not get the same room they had rented .
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Room was filthy. Badly stained carpets, pubic hair on toilet seat, stained sheets, tub very dirty, chrome filthy. Found it not good when we got there and the office was closed so that the front desk agent could go home. While checking in finally front desk agent was on his phone the whole time. Would never go there again even if it was last resort would rather sleep in my car.
6.3 Good
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Needs a refit
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good value and quiet
Cons: The only problem for me was that the room air freshener was too overwhelming and gave me a headache.
